In August of 2010, I left my cushy and comfortable home in the U.S.A. of 26 years to the Middle East to become an international flight attendant. This blog chronicles my adventures around my new home, around the world and the general musings I have about my whirlwind of a life. My original plan was to start this blog immediately after my arrival and document every experience of my new life.. but I got lazy. So 1.5 years later, I made a new year’s resolution to start writing again. I’ll backtrack over my past layovers and mix in new entries, so I’ll try and catch up to the current moment.

Other than traveling, I’m a bit of a geek. I like video games and the like; and have a love/hate relationship with zombies. In the past I’ve done pageants, modeling, acting, and video hosting. I studied theater, communications, and broadcast journalism in college, but didn’t finish any of them. I also enjoy karaoke, animals, eating, costuming, and I got my first ever tattoo (video game related) in 2011. I just got rollerblades for Christmas and I’m trying to convince myself to use them. Soon.
